I know that it is not too popular for handymen to list their pricing, I want you to know that I want my services to stand apart from the others with a simple pricing structure that is up front. No needing to meet me to know how much I charge, simply follow the list below and you will get a great understanding.
If you do not know how long a task will take, and you would like me to come and see the task and estimate the time, then please ask as I would be happy to do this also.
In the spirit of being up front, the following notes apply to the pricing as listed below.
These rates apply to the labour component of the pricing
Added to the first hour of the hourly rate only. Not applicable for half day and day rates.

In New South Wales, free smoke alarm battery replacements and smoke alarm checks are available through Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) (as well as participating NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) brigades in regional/rural areas) via their Safety Visits program.
If you are not eligible or would like me to come out, this is a paid service.
If the task you want done is not on the list, don't worry. Just ask me to quote it for you. Most tasks are based on the above labour and materials formula.
